肾上腺区肿瘤61例诊治分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肾上腺区肿瘤的诊断、手术治疗及预后。方法回顾分析山东省立医院泌尿外科自2009年1月至2010年7月收治的61例经手术治疗的肾上腺区肿瘤病人临床资料,并对预后情况进行随访。结果 61例病人中肾上腺来源肿瘤47例,非肾上腺来源腹膜后肿瘤14例。所有病例肿瘤均完整切除,无围手术期死亡病例。病例均获随访,平均随访时间27个月。3例病人死于肿瘤复发转移,另有4例病人术后复发,3例再次手术,至今均存活。结论肾上腺区肿瘤病理来源丰富,影像学检查是术前主要诊断依据,充分的术前准备下手术切除是最有效的治疗手段,术后定期随访具有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of adrenal area tumors.Methods We retrospectively reviewed 61 patients with adrenal area tumors that received surgeries in our department from January 2009 to July 2010.The clinical manifestations,image examinations and the Methods of operations were analyzed,and the patients were regularly followed up.Results Of 61cases,47cases originated from adrenals,the other 14 cases originated from non-adrenal tissues.All patients' tumors were resected completely,no death during the perioperative period.All of them were followed-up,the average time was 27 months.3 patients dead of tumor metastasis;4 recurrences were found,re-resection rate was 75%,all survive so far.Conclusion The adrenal area tumors have a wide spectrum of pathologies,the image examinations are the main diagnostic Methods and surgical operations is effective treatment, follow-up at regular intervals is significant.
