摘　　要：高等师范院校微生物学实验是微生物学等相关现代生物技术的基础实验内容,也是一门实践性与应用性很强的学科。应针对高师院校生物科学专业的特点和培养目标,紧密结合实践,对微生物学实验课程体系的教学内容、教学方法与手段、考核机制进行改革,创建适合于培养本科生创新能力的实验教学体系,提高学生实验的积极性与主动性,从而有效培养学生的实验操作能力与创新精神,以适应现代生物学新课改与创新的需要。Biology experiment is the essential element in microbiology and other related modern biology technology. It is also a practical and applied discipline in Normal Colleges. The construction and practice of Microbiology experiment teaching system is vital to promote students initiatives in experiment participation and to cultivate students' operational abilities and innovative awareness. Observing the features and training goal of biological science specialty,the teaching contents,teaching methods and means and evaluation mechanism should be changed to meet the needs of modern biology curriculum reform and innovation.
