摘　　要：IT能力是战略联盟的关键驱动要素之一。该研究基于联盟视角对不同的IT能力进行分析,并用实证方法对不同IT能力在改善联盟绩效方面的作用进行探索性研究。研究结果表明,不同的IT能力对联盟绩效的影响不同。IT管理能力对联盟绩效有直接的促进作用;IT与业务关系和IT集成能力主要通过组织沟通对联盟绩效产生影响,其中,IT与业务关系会阻碍组织沟通,而IT集成能力会促进组织沟通;另外,外部IT联系对联盟绩效并无显著影响。研究发现对IT、组织沟通与联盟的理论和实践都有一定意义。IT capability is one of the key drivers of strategic alliance. This paper investigates different IT capabilities from the perspective of strategic alliance. It explores the different roles of different IT capabilities in improving strategic alliance performance( SAP) using empirical research methods. Results show that different IT capabilities have different impacts on SAP,for example,IT Management can improve SAP directly. IT business partnerships and IT Integration can influence SAP through organizational communication: IT business partnerships hinder organizational communication,while IT Integration enhances organizational communication. In addition,external IT linkages have no significant effect on SAP. Findings of this study contribute to IT, organizational communication,and strategic alliance theories and practices.
