摘　　要：本文研究了在交通事故情况下,车道被占用对城市道路实际通行能力的影响。论文首先通过观察案例视频,统计交通事故所占车道不同对实际通行能力影响的数据,并通过SPSS软件进行拟合与分析;然后通过BP神经网络,构建车辆排队长度与事故横断面的实际通行能力、事故持续时间及路段上游车流量之间的非线性关系模型;最后,论文利用该BP神经网络进行实证分析,证明模型的实用性。This paper studies the 2013'Higher Education Press Cup'National Undergraduate Mathematical Modeling Contest in Title A:In traffic accident cases,effect on city roads traffic capacity when lane occupied.To begin with,this paper,by observing the video,obtains the data concerning how actual capacity of vehicle flow is affected when accidents happen in different lanes.Then by using the SPSS software and through BP neural network,we analyze the data and construct the nonlinear relationship model between the length of vehicle queue and accident cross-sectional actual capacity,accident lasting time and sections upstream traffic flow.In the end,we use the BP neural network to conduct an empirical analysis and prove the practicability of the model.
