P63在涎腺肿瘤中的表达

摘　　要：目的:研究P 63在不同涎腺肿瘤中的表达情况,为临床诊断提供方法。方法:通过免疫组化法研究P 63在60例良性涎腺肿瘤、30例恶性涎腺肿瘤及30例正常涎腺组织中的表达。结果:30例涎腺恶性肿瘤中P63的阳性率高于在良性肿瘤中的表达率(χ2=14.610,P<0.05)。P 63在涎腺恶性肿瘤中的表达均与年龄无关(χ2=3.326,P>0.05)。P 63在临床分期为晚期(Ⅲ、Ⅳ期)中的阳性表达率明显高于早期(Ⅰ、Ⅱ期)(χ2=4.593,P<0.05)。P 63在有淋巴结转移组中的阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移组(χ2=7.500,P<0.05)。结论:P 63在涎腺良性肿瘤中呈弱阳性表达,在涎腺恶性肿瘤中呈强阳性表达。而且癌组织中P 63的表达与分化程度和临床分期密切相关。Objective: To study the different expression of salivary gland tumors,providing methods for clinical diagnosis. Methods: To study the expression of P 63 in 60 cases of benign salivary gland tumors,30 cases of malignant salivary gland tumors and 30 cases of normal salivary gland tissues by immunohistochemical method. Ressults: The positive expression rate of P 63 in 30 cases of malignant salivary gland tumors was higher than in benign rate( χ2= 14. 610,P < 0. 05). The expression of P 63 in malignant salivary gland tumors were not associated with age( χ2= 3. 326,P > 0. 05). The positive expression rate of P 63 in the late clinical stage( Ⅲ,Ⅳ stage) was significantly higher than that of early( Ⅰ,Ⅱ stage)( χ2= 4. 593,P < 0. 05). The positive expression of P 63 with lymph node metastasis was higher than that without lymph node metastasis( χ2= 7. 500,P < 0. 05). Conclution: The expression of P 63 was weak in benign salivary gland tumors,was strong in malignant salivary gland tumors. The expression of P 63 was related with differentiation and TNM stage of carcinoma.
