中美主流英语媒体话语与框架——以玉树地震报道为例

摘　　要：文章选取2010年4月14日至2010年4月23日之间《中国日报》和《纽约时报》对中国玉树地震的相关英文报道为样本,结合新闻传播框架理论及批判话语分析来对比分析中美主流英语媒体对玉树地震报道的话语建构及话语策略的异同。The article intends to employ Critical Discourse Analysis and the media frame theory to do a comparative analysis of the English reports on China Yushu earthquake of China Daily and the New York Times from April 14th to 23rd,2010 to reflect the differences of the discourse construction and discourse strategies in both Chinese and American mainstream media.
