博洛尼亚进程及对我国高等教育国际化的启示

摘　　要：自20世纪90年代起,欧盟加强了在高等教育领域的合作,博洛尼亚进程是欧洲在高等教育领域的一次重大举措,以构建欧洲高等教育区为目标,促进高等教育质量保障的合作,通过欧洲内部不同高等教育体系间的合作与竞争,提升高等教育质量,增强欧洲高等教育吸引力和竞争力。国际化是发达国家高等教育发展的普遍战略,更是发展中国家提高高等教育质量的客观需要。欧洲博洛尼亚进程对推进我国高等教育国际化具有重要的启示作用。From the 1990s,the European Union has strengthened the cooperation of higher education. Bologna process is a significant movement in the field of higher education,aiming at constructing European higher education area to enhance the attractiveness and competitiveness of European higher education,to improve its quality and finally to reshape European higher education. As the basic goal of the modernization of higher education,internationalization is not only a common strategy for the development of higher education in the developed countries,but also the need for developing countries to improve the higher education quality. The bologna process in Europe has important implications in the promotion of China's higher education internationalization.
