摘　　要：课堂教学督导是高校监控教学质量的重要手段,高等中医院校因其专业特色和社会使命迫切需要有效的课堂教学督导。本文对高等中医院校课堂教学督导的工作范围、督导队伍组建、督导工作核心理念进行了思考,并阐述了提高课堂教学督导工作有效性的重要策略。Classroom teaching supervision is an important means of monitoring the quality of teaching in colleges,TCM colleges are crying for effective classroom teaching supervision because of its professional characteristics and social mission. This paper is think about the scope of the supervision work,the form of the supervision team and the core idea of the supervision work in TCM colleges,and elaborates the important strategies for improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching supervision work.
