摘　　要：本文论述了高等医科院校就业困难学生的类型,就业难的原因及其思想政治教育的对策研究,认为应该着重从加强学生心理素质的提高、职业道德素质的培养和加强学生的就业观教育、职前教育及创业教育等入手,积极创建综合素质培养平台,引导学生进行自我教育,提高自身就业竞争力。This paper discusses the types of employment difficulties students in medical colleges,the reason of those difficulties and the countermeasures analysis of thought political education. And it thinks that we should improve the psychological quality of students,cultivate the professional ethics quality of them and strengthen the employment outlook education,pre- service education,entrepreneurship education. In order to enhance the employment competitiveness of our students,it is necessary to create comprehensive quality cultivation platform to guide students' self- education.
