摘  要:针对西安地铁三号线某区间矿山法隧道近距离施工风险较大问题,通过数值模拟进行安全性研究,分析了施工过程中隧道周边地层变形与应力变化、隧道衬砌结构的变形与应力变化,得出以下结论与建议:1)隧道周边土体稳定是施工关键,应进行系统加固,细化降水与对隧道周边地层系统加固工作,开挖工作需做到无水施工,除采用超前小导管加固地层外,还需采用地面降水和洞内排水相结合的降排水措施,尤其是两隧道间的保留土体应保证加固效果应采用有效检验手段验证;2)左线隧道施工导致右线隧道结构变形继续增大,压应力持续增大,并且出现衬砌结构受拉现象,应加强隧道拱顶、拱底及拱腰的初支刚度有效抑制变形;3)应制定专项施工方案及应急方案,施工过程中加强工程风险管理工作。In view of the construction risk for metro tunnel by mining method,the paper analyzes the safety during the construction of tunnel as well as the surrounding strata deformation and stress change,the deformation and stress change of the lining by FEM,the conclusions are: 1) tunnel surrounding soil stability is the key in construction,it is important to carry out the soil strengthening,and make it sure that the capacity of soil is available,the construction work needs to be done without water,precipitation and refining of those works before working; 2) Because of the tunnel structure deformation and pressure stress continuous increase,that would damage the tunnel,so it is necessary to strengthen the tunnel structuren such as the vault,invert and haunch in working; 3) Formulating special construction plan and the emergency plan,and strengthening project risk management before working should be done.
