中晚期胃癌中医药治疗研究进展

摘　　要：胃癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,大多数病例发现时已属中晚期,目前全世界范围内对中晚期胃癌的治疗疗效不甚满意,中医药因其能改善患者生存质量、毒副反应低等特点而在中晚期胃癌治疗上具有较大发挥空间。本文从辨证论治、中药联合化疗、专方专药、作用机制研究等方面对近年来的中药治疗中晚期胃癌的研究进展进行归纳,并就中药治疗中晚期胃癌的研究现状及前景进行阐述。Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumor in clinic,and the majority have been in advanced when they go to the hospitol,treatment of advanced gastric cancer are not good in the world.Then Chinese medicine has some outsdanding effects in acvanced gastic cancer.This article summarizes the latest research progress of Chinese medicine in the past 5 years,including syndrome differentiation and treatment,integrative medicine therapy,effective prescription and the mechanism of TCM in anti-gastric cancer.The paper also describe the problems and prospect in Chinese medicine treatment and research in advanced gastric cancer.
