适形放疗联合通莲I号方治疗中晚期食管肿瘤疗效分析

摘　　要：[目的]比较通莲I号方配合三维适形放疗与单纯三维适形放疗治疗中晚期食管肿瘤的疗效。[方法]38例局部中晚期食管肿瘤患者,随机分为治疗组(21例)和对照组(17例),两组均采用三维适形放疗,总剂量(56~66)Gy/(25~30)次(/5~6)周,治疗组加服通莲I号方每日1剂,每日2次,自放疗开始给药至放疗结束后1个月。[结果]在瘤体尺寸控制方面,治疗组和对照组的总有效率差异有显著性(P【0.05),两组在毒副反应方面差异无显著性(P】0.05),两组治疗前后生活质量(KPS评分)自身比较差异有显著性(P【0.05),同时,治疗组生活质量改善情况优于对照组,两组间KPS评分比较差异有显著(P【0.05)。[结论]通莲I号方配合三维适形放疗治疗中晚期食管肿瘤可以增强疗效,并可提高患者的生活质量。[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Tonglian Decoction(TD) I combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3DCRT) in the treatment of esophageal cancer in middle or advanced period.[Methods] The 38 patients suffered from esophageal cancer in middle or advanced period were enrolled in the trial.All patients were randomly divided into treatment group(21 cases) and controlled group(17 cases).3DCRT was adopted in both groups,being(56~66) Gy/(25~30) times/(5~6) weeks in the total dosage.TD was added to the patients in treatment group,one dosage,twice per day.The usage period began at the starting of radiotherapy until 1 month after radiotherapy.[Results] In the aspect of tumor size control,there was a significant difference of the response rate(RR) between two groups(P<0.05),but there was no difference(P>0.05) in the side effects.The quality of life(KPS score) in the treatment group was improved more significantly than that in the controlled group(P <0.05).[Conclusion] TD combined with 3DCRT in the treatment of esophageal cancer in middle or advanced period can increase the therapeutic effect and quality of life.
