高校思想政治理论课教师准入制度探析——以西安外事学院为例

摘　　要：高校思想政治理论课是对大学生进行思想政治教育的主渠道,而思政课教师在思想政治理论课教学中起着主导作用。要想切实提高思政课教师的水平和素质,构建高校思政理论课教师准入制度尤为重要。这里以西安外事学院为例,探析高校思政课教师的收入制度,严格思政课教师准入条件和标准,以加强教师队伍建设,提高教师的专业化水平。The ideological and politics course at institutions of higher education is the main channel of the ideological and political education for college students,and the ideological and political education teachers play a leading role in the courses.In order to improve the ideological and political course teaching level and quality,the development of access system for these teachers is necessary and feasible.Therefore,it must be with strict access requirements and standards to strengthen the team building and improve the level of specialization.
