智能交通系统演进与我国未来发展趋势分析

摘　　要：智能交通系统(ITS)在经过近20年的发展后将走向何方?本文根据国外近几年的发展动向,讨论了发达国家从各种各样的ITS应用和技术出发逐渐走向合作型智能交通系统(Cooperative ITS)的演进过程,同时还分析了主要发达国家在在该领域的合作及协调内容,以及产业的准备。在此基础上提出了我国智能交通系统下一步的发展方向和突破口问题,特别强调应该实事求是地看待我国的实际发展水平和真实需求,以及国外产业真实的发展状况,对于国内最近兴起的一些开发热点,也提出了自己的看法。最后特别强调了新一代信息技术将给智能交通的发展提供有力的技术手段,交通运输也将成为新一代信息技术的巨大市场。How will the intelligent transportation system evolve after nearly 20 years of development? According to the the development trend of overseas in recent years,this article discussed the process of developed countries from the variety of ITS applications and collaborative technology to cooperative intelligent transportation system,in addition,anaylsed the main developed countries’ cooperation and preparation in the field.Based on this anaylsis,the article pointed out the direction and breakthrough of development of intelligent transportation system in China,emphasised it should be practical and realistic view of our country’s actual development level and demand,and the development of the froeign countries’ real situation,also put forward its own views about the domestic development hotsport recently.At last,the article emphasised that a new generation of information technology will provide a powerful technology to the development of intelligent transportation,transportation will also be a huge market of a new generation of infromation techbology.
