摘 要:应用表型标记和SRAP分子标记研究方法,以变异系数、系统聚类和关联度分析为统计手段,研究了44份马铃薯种质资源的遗传多样性、亲缘关系和遗传基础,进而对种质资源的育种利用价值进行评价。结果表明:表型性状与SRAP标记聚类结果的关联度在块茎品质性状上最大,在植株性状上和块茎外观性状上次之,在植株抗病性状上和块茎产量性状上最小。说明在对马铃薯种质资源进行评价时,块茎品质性状是一种理想的指标。Phenotype and SRAP (Sequence-related Amplified Polymorphism) molecular markers were used to study the genetic diversity and the blood relationships of the potato resources through coefficient of variation, cluster and relevancy analysis, and the breeding application of these resources was evaluated according to different target traits. the results showed that the great relevancy was the tuber quality traits, and the second was the plant and tuber appearance traits, and the third was disease resistances and yield traits, these results showed that tuber quality traits was a useful indicator in evaluating potato germplasm resources.
