摘 要:兔毛纤维的髓质层在动物纤维中是极为发达的,不同细度的兔毛,髓质层结构也不同。采用光学显微镜,研究了纤维细度与髓质层结构之间的关系。结果表明,随着兔毛纤维细度的增加,髓腔形态差别很大,髓腔列数呈阶梯型增加,髓质层宽度一开始增加缓慢,当纤维细度增大到40μm时,髓质层宽度呈直线增大,髓质指数也随之增加,隔膜厚度大致相同,约为2~3.5μm。The medullary layer of rabbit fiber is extremely well-developed in animal fiber. The different fineness rabbit fibers have different medullary layer structure. In this paper, the optical microscopy was used to study the relationship between the fiber fineness and the medullary layer structure. The results showed that with the increase of rabbit fiber fineness, the morphology of the medullary layer varied widely and the column number of the medulla grew in ladder type. In the beginning, the width of medullary layer increased slowly, but when the fiber fineness increased to 40μm, it increased linearly. At the same time, the medullary index increased. The thickness of septum was substantially the same value, about 2~3.5μm.
