摘  要:目的探讨转移相关基因1(metastasis associated gene 1,MTA1)和中期因子(midkine,MK)在宫颈癌组织中的表达情况。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测2012年1月至2013年12月大庆龙南医院收治的55例IA2期、IB1期及IIA1期宫颈癌患者宫颈癌变组织中MTA1和MK的表达情况,并比较两者在不同病理类型、浸润深度、病理分级、是否淋巴结转移以及有无脉管浸润的癌组织中的表达情况。结果 (1)MTA1和MK在宫颈鳞癌和腺癌中的表达分别为69.7%vs 58.33%和90.70%vs 66.67%,两者表达没有明显差异(χ2=0.16,P=0.69;χ2=2.64,P=0.10);(2)MTA1和MK在宫颈癌浸润深度≤1/2时的表达为48.39%和33.33%,明显低于浸润深度>1/2为83.53%和100%(χ2=5.60,P=0.02;χ2=14.05,P<0.01);(3)MTA1和MK在病理分级为G1期时的表达分别为18.75%和37.50%,两者明显低于G2-G3期为51.28%和71.79%(χ2=4.94,P=0.03;χ2=5.65,P=0.02);(4)有淋巴转移者与无淋巴转移者相比较,前者MTA1和MK的表达为86.96%和95.65%明显高于后者的表达50.00%和65.63%,(χ2=8.08,P<0.01;χ2=5.42,P=0.02);(5)有脉管浸润者与无脉管浸润者相比较,前者MTA1和MK的表达为90.48%和95.24%,明显高于后者的表达52.94%和44.12%,(χ2=8.31,P<0.01;χ2=12.53,P<0.01)。结论 MTA1和MK的异常表达可能参与了宫颈癌的浸润与转移。Objective Subject To explore metastasis associated gene 1(MTA1) and midkine(MK)expression in cervical cancer tissue. Method from 55 cases of cervical cancer respectively stage IA2, IB1 and IIA1 January 2012 to December 2013 in the Daqing Long Nan Hospital were included.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect cervical lesions and tissue expressions of MTA1.and MK and thehistological type, depth of invasion, histological grade, lymph node metastasis and cancer tissue vascularinvasion of expression were compared. Results 1. There were no significant differences in the expressionof MTA1(69.77% vs 58.33%) and MK(90.70% vs 66.67%) cervical squamous cell carcinoma andadenocarcinoma.(χ2=0.16,P=0.69;χ2=2.64,P=0.10); 2 MTA1 and MK in the depth of invasion ≤1/2expression(48.39% and 33.33%) was significantly lower than that in the depth of invasion>1/2(χ2=5.60,P=0.02;χ2=14.05,P<0.01)3. In pathological grading, the expression of MTA1 and MK in that were G1(83.33%and 100%) significantly lower than in the G2-G3(51.28% and 71.79%)(χ2=4.94,P=0.03;χ2=5.65,P=0.02).4.Comparison of lymph node metastasis, lymph node metastasis MK and MTA1 expression(86.96% and 95.65%)was significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis(50% vs 65.63%).(χ2=8.08,P<0.01;χ2=5.42,P=0.02)5. Comparison of vascular invasion, the expression of vascular invasion were significantly higherthan MTA1(90.48% vs 52.94%) and MK(95.24% vs 44.12%) were no vascular invasion.(χ2=8.31,P<0.01;χ2=12.53,P<0.01). Conclusions Abnormal expression of MTA1 and MK may be involved in the developmentof cervical cancer.
