摘　　要：本文在梳理中国审美观照理论的生成过程中,重点探讨了王国维的"境界"说对老庄艺术精神与叔本华美学理论的继承与创新。王国维借鉴西方美学思想来研究和分析中国艺术精神,把中西不同的美学观念与思维模式整合起来,建构了独具特色的审美观照理论,从而成为中国意境理论的集大成者。The purpose of this paper is to comb the generation process of aesthetic reflection theory,probes into the inheritance and innovation of Schopenhauer's theory of aesthetics and art spirit of Zhuang Zi in the theory of Wang Guowei. Wang Guowei used western aesthetic thought to study Chinese art spirit,and combined the different aesthetic concepts and thinking mode of China and the West to construct the distinctive aesthetic reflection theory,thus became a master of Chinese artistic conception theory.
