摘　　要：河北动漫产业进入成长期后,面临特色大而不强、集聚效应不明显、产业融和度低等问题。造成这些问题的原因主要有:理论层面的观念落后、政策带有盲目性,运作层面的管理低端、质量和效益差等。为此,需要树立大动漫产业观,抓住京津冀一体化的机遇,通过提质增效升级,推动河北动漫产业实现赶超和跨越式发展。After Hebei animation industry came into the growth period,it was confront with lots of problems such as big but no strong industry characteristics,disobvious accumulative effect and lower industrial integration. There were many resions. Firstly,the idea fell behind. Secondly,policies lay in blindness.And the last,the manage level and profit was lower. Thus,we shuold culture the idea of broad nimation industry,and seize the opportunity of the integration of the beijing- tianjin- hebei region,and improve the quality and effect. just do these,Hebei animation industry will catch up with and surpass other provinces.
