摘 要:少数民族地区教师在推动当地教育发展进程中起主导性作用,特别是在着力推进素质教育的今天,教师素质成为早日完成素质教育改革的关键。川西南地区是彝族的主要聚居地,提升当地教育水平,对加快当地经济、社会的发展,推进小康社会建设进程,将起到极为重要的作用。在信息化的今天,如何将博客、微博、数字电视等新媒体,运用到提升川西南彝族教师的专业发展素养进程中,这成为摆在人们面前的现实课题。因此,寻找新媒体与促进川西南彝族教师发展的结合点,对提升川西南彝族教师专业化发展水平具有重要的价值。In ethnic minority areas,teachers play a leading role in promoting the development of the local education.The teacher-quality has become a key to the achievement of the quality education reform. Southwest Sichuan is mainly inhabited by the Yi people. Education reform will inevitably contribute to the development of the local education,accelerate the development of the local economy,society and the construction of a well-off society. In today's information age,scholars and researchers have been working on exploring the ways of promoting Yi teachers quality of southwest Sichuan with the application of new media blog, podcast, micro-blog, digital TV, etc. Accordingly, the exploring of Yi teachers' professional development with the application of new media will greatly contribute to the enhancement of Yi teachers' qualities in southwest Sichuan.
