少数民族女大学生就业困境破解思路——以北方民族大学为例

摘　　要：民族地区的经济发展,离不开民族人才的智力支持。少数民族女大学生是民族地区发展不可忽视的生力军,然而随着民族大学教育向大众化教育转变后,少数民族女大学生的就业难度空前加大,这严重影响到了民族地区的团结稳定,以北方民族大学为例对少数民族女大学生的就业困境进行了剖析,并提出了相应的困境破解思路。The economic development of ethnic areas need national talents of intellectual support. Female college students of minority nationalities is a force to be reckoned with in the ethnic minority areas development,however,the employment on national minority female college students difficulty has increased,which seriously affected the unity of stability in ethnic minority areas. According to analyze the employment difficulties of female college students,The papers puts forward some ideas of the plight of the corresponding crack.
