摘 要:区域人力资源是区域创新的主体,其对区域创新支持能力的评价体系是衡量区域创新水平的基础。文章在参考国内外相关文献的基础上,从区域人才储备、区域环境支持和区域创新产出三个层面选取了34个指标,运用因子分析法对评价指标进行优化处理,构建出能促进区域创新的人力资源支持能力评价指标体系。通过对东部9个省市的相关数据进行分析,比较各地区人力资源对区域创新的支持能力情况,为各省市的相关政策提供借鉴。Regional human resources are the main body of regional innovation.Its evaluation system for regional innovation ability is the basis of measure of regional innovation level.This article is trying to find out an index which is measurable and accessible to assess the support of human resource for regional innovation ability.It has chosen 34 indicators from regional talent reserves,the regional environmental support and regional innovation output.It uses the factor analysis method to optimize the evaluation index to construct an evaluation system for the development regional innovation ability.It compares the support of different areas human resources by analyzing the data from nine different eastern provinces so that provinces and cities can get the regional difference and work out a way to deal with it.
