摘　　要：本文探索了港口企业战略性信息技术投入对企业绩效的影响作用,认为港口企业信息化投入水平总体上较高,但各企业之间也存在信息化投入水平不均衡,部分企业信息技术投入规模较小等现象;港口企业信息化投入对公司绩效即财务绩效和市场价值有着促进作用;信息化投入在与战略倾向一致的情况下,港口企业战略倾向在信息化投入对企业绩效的影响过程中起正面的调节作用。This thesis probes the impact of investment in information technology on business performance within port industry. The conclusions are that the levels of investments are generally high with some disparities within the industry,the investments in informatization can promote the performances in areas such as financial performance and market value,and that strategies will have a positive regulatory effect on informatization when the latter is affecting the performances of businesses given they are in line.
