摘　　要：本文以现阶段健身市场人才需求和社会体育专业人才培养现状为研究对象,针对人才供求之间存在的矛盾进行分析,并提出了若干社会体育专业教学改革建议,旨在为我国高校社会体育专业培养出适应健身市场发展需求的人才提供理论参考。This paper focuses on the personnel demand in current fitness market and the personnel training situation of social sports specialty,analyses the imbalance between personnel supply and demand,and gives some suggestions about the teaching reform of social sports specialty,so as to provide some valuable theoretical reference for educating social sports talents in universities and colleges to meet the demand of the fitness market development.
