摘　　要：目的评价初级创伤救治工作坊在护士急救培训中的应用效果。方法以世界卫生组织推动的初级创伤救治项目为培训框架,通过工作坊的形式,对全省九个地市216名护士开展初级创伤救治训练,评价训练前后护士的急救知识、自我效能、案例情景演练考核结果。结果初级创伤救治工作坊训练后护士的急救理论、自我效能、案例情景演练考核结果比训练前提高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论初级创伤救治工作坊的培训模式,开拓了急救培训的新途径,能有效提高初级创伤救治综合能力,是一种有效、可行的急救在职培训方式,值得应用和推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of primary trauma care workshop applied in the nurse's first aid training.Method In the framework of primary trauma care project promoted by WHO, 216 nurses in nine cities were implemented with primary trauma care training using workshop form. The results of the nurse's first aid knowledge, self-efficacy and simulated practice after training were compared and evaluated.Result The first aid knowledge, selfefficacy and simulated practice appraisal of the nurse improved after training and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Primary trauma care workshop opens a new path for the first aid training,which can improve the nurse's comprehensive ability of primary trauma care effectively. It is an effective and feasible emergency on-the-job training and worthy of application and promotion.
