浅谈应用血清肿瘤标志物辅助诊断肺癌的临床价值

摘　　要：目的 :探讨分析应用血清肿瘤标志物辅助诊断肺癌的临床价值。方法 :选取2012年6月~2013年6月间我院收治的肺癌患者60例作为研究对象,并将其设为观察组,另选取我院同期收治的肺部良性疾病患者60例及健康体检者60例分别作为对照组和健康组,检测对比这3组患者的CEA、CYFRA21-1及NSE水平,并将对比的结果及3组患者的临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果 :观察组患者的CEA、CYFRA21-1及NSE水平分别为(42.11±10.36)ng/ml、(30.55±9.05)ng/ml、(20.04±8.12)ng/ml;对照组患者的CEA、CYFRA21-1及NSE水平分别为(5.78±2.05)ng/ml、(14.99±5.74)ng/ml、(2.99±0.85)ng/ml;健康组患者的CEA、CYFRA21-1及NSE水平分别为(2.12±1.08)ng/ml、(10.15±3.13)ng/ml、(1.05±0.33)ng/ml。观察组患者的CEA、CYFRA21-1及NSE水平均明显高于对照组患者和健康组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。观察组患者CEA、CYFRA21-1及NSE检测的阳性率分别为51.67%、48.33%、41.67%;对照组患者CEA、CYFRA21-1及NSE检测的阳性率分别为10%、6.67%、5%。观察组患者CEA、CYFRA21-1及NSE检测的阳性率明显高于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。CEA、CYFRA21-1、NSE联合检测的敏感度为96.67%,明显高于各单项检测的敏感度(51.67%、48.33%、41.67%),差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论 :应用血清肿瘤标志物辅助诊断肺癌的敏感性及准确性均较高,具有较高的应用价值。【Objective】: to study the analysis of serum tumor markers in the diagnosis of lung cancer auxiliary application va lue. Selection methods: our hospital between June 2012- June 2013 60 patients with lung cancer were treated as 1 gr oup, 60 patients with lung benign disease as the two groups, 60 cases of healthy physical examination as the three gro ups, each group of CEA was detected in, CYFRA21-1, NSE levels. Results: in the aspect of CEA, CYFRA21-1, NSE level comparison, 1 group was obviously higher than 2 group, 3 group, P < 0.05, with statistical significance. In terms of serum tumor markers detection rate of positive comparison, 1 group was obviously higher than 2 groups, P < 0.05, w ith statistical significance. 1 set of CEA, NSE, CYFRA21-1 joint detection sensitivity compared with single test, P < 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: the serum tumor markers CEA, NSE, CYFRA21-1 joint examination in the diagnosis of lung cancer auxiliary value higher, auxiliary diagnosis has a certain value of lung cancer metastasis.
