用恩度联合化疗药治疗恶性胸腹腔积液的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨用恩度联合化疗治疗恶性胸腹腔积液的临床效果。方法:对2011年1月~2013年10月期间我院收治的24例恶性胸腹腔积液患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。对这24例患者使用恩度联合化疗药对其行腔内灌注治疗。治疗结束后,观察患者的疗效、生活质量改善的情况及其发生的毒性反应。结果:经过治疗,这些患者治疗的有效率为54.2%,其生活质量的改善率为66.7%。这些患者发生的毒性反应以1~2级为主,没有1例患者发生3~4级的毒性反应和与治疗有关的相关性死亡。结论:用恩度联合化疗药治疗恶性胸腹腔积液的疗效好,可使患者的生活质量得到很大的改善,而且其毒性反应患者可耐受。此治疗方法值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of rh-endostatin injection(YH-16,endostar) combined with cytotoxic agents on malignant cavity effusion.Methods Twenty-four patients with malignant cavity effusion diagnosed at our hospital during January 2011 to April 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. The dosage was taken follow:endostar 45-60 mg per time on d1、d4、d7;5-FU 0.75 ~ 1g orDDP 30 ~ 40 mg each time on d1、d4、d7.The efficacy was evaluated strictly according to WHO criteria and safety according to NCI CTC AE 3.0 version criteria.Results The response rates was 54.2%(4 patients had CR,9 patients had PR)。 Among 24 responders,The improvement rate of QOL was 66.7%(16/24).The adverse reaction was mostly G1/2,No G3/4 toxicities occurred.No treat-ment-related death occurred.Conclusion Endostar combined with cytotoxic agents on malignant cavity effusion is effective and well tolerable,and is worth of use and wide spread。
