摘　　要：约翰·S·布鲁贝克的《高等教育哲学》蕴含了丰富的高等教育管理理念,其中高等教育公共管理的强化是认识论哲学与政治论哲学博弈的结果,纯粹的自治和绝对的政府控制都不是高等教育发展的最佳选择,高等教育管理的理想是建构利益相关者的治理结构等思想对认识和改善我国的高等教育管理工作提供了一个思考和解决问题的路径。There implied abundant idea of higher education management in On the Philosophy of Higher Education by John S.Brubacher.Strengthening public management of higher education was the gaming result of the epistemology philosophy and the political philosophy;absolute autonomy and full control by government were not the best choice for the development of higher education;the ideal of higher education management was to construct the stakeholder governance structure.These thoughts provided a path to think and solve the management problems of China's higher education.
