摘  要:对湖北省H高校的调查显示,我国高校师德建设总体情况令人满意,但在思想观念等方面还存在问题。建立健全高校师德建设长效机制,可从建立健全师德建设领导体制与工作机制入手,协力建立师德教育机制,全面提升教师师德水平;建立师德宣传机制,营造重视师德的人文环境;建立师德考核机制,促进教师自觉加强师德修养;建立师德监督机制,形成广泛参与的监督网络;建立师德奖惩机制,保障师德建设有序进行。The investigation based on H University in Hubei Province showed that the overall situation of the teacher morality construction was satisfactory,but there existed some problems on the aspects of idea,teaching,professional ideal and academic ethics.To establish and consummate the long-term mechanism of teacher morality construction,it should improve the leading system and working mechanism of teacher morality construction first,and establish the educational mechanism of teacher morality collaboratively,promoting the level of teacher morality;establish the propaganda mechanism to create the cultural environment of valuing teacher morality;establish the appraisal mechanism,promoting the faculty to strengthen the morality cultivation;establish the supervision mechanism,forming the supervision network with wide participation;establish the reward and punishment mechanism,ensuring the orderly conduct ofteacher morality construction.
