摘 要:为提高惯导设备的环境温度适应性,提出了一种基于半导体制冷技术的惯导平台温控设计方法,给出了温控系统的结构形式,采用了粗级与精级两级温控措施和加搅拌风机的方法,建立了等效模型并基于有限元分析方法进行了热流场仿真分析,最后温控试验结果表明,在55℃的高温环境下利用半导体制冷技术可以使IMU内部的光纤陀螺周围温度控制在45±0.1℃,验证了此温控设计的合理性和在惯导平台上应用的必要性。In order to improve the adaptability of inertial navigation equipment to environmental temperature, a temperature control system based on semiconductor refrigeration technology is put forward. The system structure is given which adopts two-stage (coarse and fine) temperature-control measurements and stirring fans. The simulation model of temperature field is established, and the heat flow field simulation analysis is made based on finite element analysis method. Finally, the experiments are made which show that, by using the TEC(thermo electric cooler) technology, the ambient temperatures of IMU's FOGs can be controlled at 45±0.1, and it is verified that the designed temperature control system is qualified and necessary for application in inertial navigation platform. ©, 2015, Editorial Department of Journal of Chinese Inertial Technology.
