印第安那临床转化医学中心的经验与启示

摘　　要：转化医学自提出之日起,不断发展,将基础研究、药物研发和临床研究有机地结合起来。2013年6月举行的第四届中美转化医学论坛中Anantha Shekhar MD.PhD作了题为"Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute:a statewide laboratory for accelerating clinical and translational research"的报告,从中可以学到不少经验,以期为我国转化医学发展提供参考。政府引导下建立国家级转化医学研究中心,完备的管理模式、合理的结构组成、注重教育与培训、加强与社区等的合作、重视人才培养等也很重要。目前转化医学研究未完全成熟,而我国的转化医学研究才刚刚起步,应该抓住机遇,借鉴其他国家的先进经验,提高转化医学意识,在基础研究和临床应用之间构建高效的转化平台。Clinical and Translational Research has been constantly developing since it was formulated. It combines fundamental research,drug development with clinical research. The 4th Sino-American Symposium on Clinical and Translational Medicine was held in June 2013. At the event,the report ' Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute: a statewide laboratory for accelerating clinical and translational research' was presented by Anantha Shekhar MD. PhD. The Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute was established under the guidance of the government.Perfect management mode,reasonable structure and composition,to strengthen the cooperation with the community and pay great attention to talents cultivation are also important. We should take the opportunities and make joint efforts to draw on the experience of other countries.
