摘 要:用电穿孔方法结合化疗药物治疗肿瘤,给予相对较少剂量的化疗药物就能杀死肿瘤细胞,这两者的结合称为电化学疗法(ECT),其优势是疗效提高、同时毒性降低。ECT在细胞实验、动物实验和临床试验中取得了显著成效,电穿孔治疗仪的研发和应用加快了这种治疗方法的进步。研究者们还探索高强度电场的陡脉冲使肿瘤细胞发生不可逆的穿孔从而导致肿瘤细胞死亡的现象,并展现出广阔的应用前景。The combination of electroporation treatment of cancer chemotherapy drugs, given the relatively small doses of chemotherapy drugs can kill tumor cells, called electrochemical combination of the two treatments (Eletrochemotherapy, ECT), its advantage is to improve the efficacy, while reduced toxicity. ECT has achieved remarkable success in the experiment, the cells of animal experiments and clinical trials, the development and application of electroporation therapy device to speed up the progress of this treatment. The researchers also explore the steep high-intensity pulsed electric field causes the tumor cells leading to irreversible phenomenon perforation death of tumor cells and show a broad application prospects.
