我国高校高尔夫球课程开设现状及发展策略研究

摘　　要：高尔夫产业作为一个新兴产业在中国蓬勃发展,20多年来虽取得了辉煌的成绩,但与高尔夫发达国家相比,还存在较多的问题。而归根结底是作为高尔夫产业发展的主力军——人才的供给没有及时跟上发展的步伐。人才的培养在于教育,作为培养高尔夫管理人才的一个重要领域——高等学校的高尔夫管理教育在我国尚处于起步阶段。文章通过整理中国高校高尔夫专业教育方面的文献和资料,综合探讨目前的高校高尔夫教育现状,并针对高尔夫专业设置浅显和教材短缺、师资不足等问题提出发展策略,为国内高尔夫教育的进一步发展提供有效的参考。The golf industry as an emerging industry in China's booming,though more than 20 years has made brilliant achievements,but compared with the golf developed countries,there are more problems.The bottom line as the mainstay of the golf industry development,the supply of talent for failing to keep up with the pace of the development.Talents lies in education,as an important field of golf management talent cultivation,golf management of institutions of higher learning education in our country is still in its infancy.In this article,through organizing Chinese college golf professional education literature and data,the comprehensive study of colleges and universities golf education present situation,and in view of the golf professional the shallow and the shortage of teaching materials,teachers' problems such as insufficient development strategy is put forward,to the further development of domestic golf education provide effective reference.
