摘  要:以SiO2为渗剂,对工业纯铜进行粉末渗硅。渗硅层有Cu0.83Si0.17等新相产生,渗层的显微硬度最高达到349 HV0.05,约为基体的5.1倍。冲蚀磨损性能测试表明,随转速增加、冲蚀液水砂比增加,试样的磨损量均增加,渗硅试样比纯铜试样的耐冲蚀磨损性能有明显提高。抗冲蚀磨损性可提高3.02~3.69倍。同样,在人工配制的海水环境中,渗硅试样也表现出良好的耐冲蚀性能。Siliconizing of industrial pure copper was carried out by penetrating silica powder. New phase as Cu0. 83 Si0. 17 can be observed in siliconiged layer, and the highest micro hardness of the layer reaches 349 HV0. 05, which is about 5. 1 times as that of the substrate. Erosion wear performance test show that with the increase of rotational speed and paste ratio of sand and water, the mass loss of the sample increase, and the erosion wear resistance of siliconized sample is greatly improved comparing with pure copper sample, and is increased by 3. 02-3. 69 times. Similarly, siliconized sample also show good erosion resistance in the artificial seawater environment.
