摘  要:采用基于背散射电子图像(BSE)的物相灰度定量分析法研究了矿渣-水泥复合体系中水泥、矿渣各自反应程度及总体反应程度。结果表明:表面足够平滑的样品,其BSE图像可以清晰地展示出复合体系中水化产物及未反应颗粒的微观形貌及其差异,并可通过灰度统计定量分析得到水泥、矿渣各自的反应程度;对于低水胶比(0.3)的矿渣-水泥复合体系,矿渣掺量为50%和70%时,矿渣反应程度接近。由BSE图像分析法计算得到的矿渣-水泥复合体系总体反应程度比基于化学结合水的热重分析法所测数据偏低,但两种方法揭示出的规律一致:对于低水胶比的矿渣-水泥复合体系,高矿渣掺量会减小矿渣-水泥复合体系的总体反应程度。A quantitative analysis on the gray scale of the different phases of the back-scattered-electron(BSE) images was carried out for the purpose of investigating the reaction degree in slag-cement composite system. The results show that the BSE images of the samples with sufficiently smooth surfaces can clearly display the different microstructure of hydration products and the unreacted grain in the intricate composite system. In addition, the statistics of the gray scale can also give the quantitative information regarding the degree of hydration of the slag and the cement. For a low water-binder ratio(0.3) slag-cement composite system, there is little difference between the degrees of hydration reaction of slag at the slag contents of 50% and 70%. The calculated degree of hydration of the slag-cement composite system based on the BSE image analysis is lower than that from the thermal gravity analysis based on the chemically-bond water in the system. A great content of slag content cannot enhance the overall hydration reaction of the slag-cement composite system for a low water-to-binder ratio composite system.
