摘　　要：吉林省民营企业的快速发展,使其日益成为拉动经济增长的重要动力。然而,民营企业在发展中存在的融资难、成长性差等问题也制约了企业的进一步发展。为此,吉林省委省政府积极采取措施,提升民营企业的发展环境,大力引导民营企业制定科学的发展战略,进一步调整扶持中小企业的金融政策,鼓励创新功能性政策倾斜,为企业并购提供"解决方案"式服务,引导和促进民营企业通过外部扩张加快在产业链上的升级。The rapid development of the private enterprise has become an important driving force of economic growth. However, the problem of financing and growing restrict the further development of enterprise. In order to solve the problem, the provincial party committee and the people's government of Jilin province take active measures to improve the developmental environment of private enterprises, guide the private enterprises to formulate scientific development strategies, adjust the financial policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises, encourage innovatively functional policy inclination, provide the 'solution' services to the enterprise merger and acquisition, guide and promote the upgrade on the industrial chain of private enterprise through the external expansion.
