摘 要:针对混流生产的精铸生产线,提出了基于平衡思想的生产线产能分析方法。该方法考虑了工段设备的能力限制,建立了以工段间负荷比统计标准差最小和产量最大为目标的多目标函数模型,运用并行NSGA-II算法对模型进行求解。以某精铸企业生产线为例,验证了模型在精铸产线产能核定、瓶颈识别和产能平衡调整研究等方面的有效性。To analyze the production capacity of precision casting line with mixed production,an approach of production capacity analysis based on the balance was proposed. This approach took the equipment capacity constraints of production line sections into account and established a multi-objective model,which minimized the statistical standard deviation of sections load ratio and maximized the production. A parallel NSGA-II algorithm was adopted to solve the present model. Finally,an example of a precision casting line was taken to prove the model effectiveness in production capacity check,bottleneck identification and balance adjustment of production line.
