农村女大学生就业选择中的精英情结与社会排斥——一个典型的个案研究

摘　　要：对一个三本院校农村女大学生的就业过程中的心路历程分析发现,一方面农村女大学生有着与生俱来的精英情结;另一方面,社会排斥在具有阶层和性别"先赋型"双重劣势的女大学生身上明显存在。这使得女大学生在就业过程中表现出认知的冲突,抉择的困难。为此,需要理性看待农村女大学生这一特殊群体的精英情结,合理设计反社会排斥的就业制度,以实现女大学生自身的性别突围,达到就业机会公平的目标。Based on the analysis of narration of a rural female student who came from the less advantage college and was searching for a job,this paper found that on one hand, the rural female student had innate elite complex; on the other hand, social exclusion is obviously present on her with double ascribed disadvantages of the class and gender. This situation makes the female college students faced with cognitive conflicts and various difficult choices in the course of employment. Thus, it is necessary to regard their elite complex of rural female college students rationally, and design a reasonable mechanism of anti social exclusion employment system,so as to realize the equity of employment.
