摘　　要：文章以公立医院改革试点指导意见为背景,针对公立医疗绩效考核制度现状,借鉴国外医疗绩效考核的成功经验,提出了公立医院绩效考核制度设计原则、指标体系和应遵循的考核方法。With the background of the guidance on the pilot reform of public hospitals, in view of the present situation of perfor-mance assessment system of public health, it learned from the successful experiences of foreign medical performance evaluation, putforward the design principles, index system and the needed evaluation method for public hospital performance appraisal system.
