摘　　要：5-脂氧合酶(5-1ipoxygenase,5-LOX)是LOX同工酶中研究较为深入的一种氧化代谢酶,它普遍存在于人体各种组织细胞中,参与内源和外源化学物的氧化代谢,产生多种代谢产物,与人体的炎症、哮喘、动脉粥样硬化和肿瘤等疾病的发生有关。5-LOX在人体正常组织或器官中表达很少,而当组织或器官发生异常时表达增多,甚至过度表达。5-LOX与人体的卵巢、脑、心血管、肺、肝、胰腺等组织的许多疾病有关,其异常表达往往会促进疾病的发生和发展。5-Lipoxygenase, one of lipoxygenase isozymes, is a well-studied oxidative metabolism enzyme. It widely exists in various human tissues and cells, participates in the oxidative metabolism of endogenous and exogenous chemicals, and produces a variety of metabolites, all of which contribute to the occurrence of human diseases, such as infl ammation, asthma, atherosclerosis, and tumor and so on. Th e expression of 5-lipoxygenase is at lowlevel in normal human tissues while at high level in abnormal tissues. 5-Lipoxygenase is closely related to many kinds of diseases in human ovary, brain, cardiovascular system, lung, liver, pancreas and other tissues. Th e abnormal expression of 5-lipoxygenase tends to promote the development of the disease.
