摘  要:农村河道治理是新农村建设的内容之一,而底泥的处置则是农村河道治理的关键。本研究以江苏省常熟市辛庄镇河道底泥为研究对象,通过盆栽试验研究了2种底泥农田应用对土壤及水稻生长的影响。结果表明,施加Cu、Zn污染底泥能增加土壤有机质、氮、磷和有效态Cu、Zn含量,施加无污染底泥与污染底泥均能促进水稻生长,并能提高水稻产量。水稻中Cu和Zn含量均未超过食品限量标准,Zn的生物累积系数高于Cu。结合水稻产量及底泥中Cu和Zn含量,建议污染底泥施用量控制在45%以下。Rural river regulation is an important part of the new countryside construction, whereas the disposal of dredged sediment is the key to rural river regulation. Pot experiment was carried out to explore the effect of dredged sediment from rural rivers as agricultural application on soil and rice growth. Application of Cu and Zn polluted sediments could increase the contents of organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus and available Cu and Zn. Application of the sediment could increase the height, biomass and yield of rice. The concentrations of Cu and Zn in rice did not exceed the maximum levels of heavy metals in national sanitation standard for foods. The bioconcentration factor(BCF)value of Zn was higher than that of Cu. The amount of the polluted sediment for agricultural application was recommended blow 45% considering both rice yield and concentrations of Cu and Zn in sediments.
