摘 要:对比研究了3种常见有机酸(草酸、柠檬酸和酒石酸)对多胺树脂吸附镍离子的影响规律,发现在广泛的p H值范围内均表现出促进效应,且促进顺序依次为草酸>柠檬酸>酒石酸,采用Langmuir方程获得的镍离子吸附容量Qm分别为3.37mmol/g、2.50mmol/g和2.32mmol/g,分别较单组份提高了257%、165%和146%。结合液相镍形态分布,推测镍离子与有机酸形成的络合物吸附是主导影响机制,有机酸起到了桥联作用。单组份镍离子溶液动态研究发现,15BV出水即超标(《铜、钴、镍工业污染源排放标准》GB25467-2010),而在草酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸等共存时,吸附穿透点分别延后至210BV、120BV及60BV。Effect of three kinds of organic acid on adsorption of nickel ions by polyamine resin was investigated. Experimental results suggested that the adsorption capacity was increased in different degree depending on the variation of p H values in the presence of organic chelating acids. The equilibrium adsorption capacity of nickel ions on the resin in the existence of three organic chelating acids followed the order: oxalic acid>citrate acid>tartrate acid, with the maximum capacity was 3.37mmol/g, 2.50mmol/g and 2.32mmol/g, respectively. The existing forms of nickel ions in solution were analyzed and the results indicated that the significant promotion effect of organic acid was related to the bridging action of organic acid-nickel ions complex. The adsorption of nickel ions on polyamine resin could be well described by Langmuir adsorption isotherm model. Dynamic adsorption curves revealed that with the coexistence of three kinds of organic acids, the break through point of adsorption was put off from 15 BV to 210 BV, 120 BV and 60 BV, respectively and effluent reached the criteria specified in wastewater discharge standard.
