摘 要:为考察不同接种污泥培养好氧硝化颗粒污泥的可行性,分别采用絮状活性污泥和厌氧颗粒污泥作为接种污泥,在气升内循环序批式反应器(SBAR)中进行好氧硝化颗粒污泥的培养,探讨不同性质的种泥对好氧硝化颗粒污泥的培养及其性能影响。结果表明,以絮状活性污泥、厌氧颗粒污泥为接种污泥均可培养出好氧硝化颗粒污泥,其颗粒成熟时间分别为62和80 d,SVI为25.52和27.68 m L/g,氨氮去除率为93.15%和75.43%,COD去除率在90%以上,SOUR、Zeta和EPS显著提高,微生物活性及疏水性能增强,以絮状活性污泥培养的好氧硝化颗粒污泥性能更优。In order to research the influence of different inoculation sludge on the culture and property of aerobic nitrifying granular( ANG),activated sludge and anaerobic granular sludge were adopted respectively in sequencing batch airlift reactor( SBAR). The results showed that ANG could be obtained when activated sludge and anaerobic granular sludge were used as seed sludge respectively,and its mature times of ANG were about 62 d and 80 d,the SVI were about 25. 52 m L / g and 27. 68 m L / g,the NH+4-N removal rate reached 93. 15% and75. 43%,COD removal rate were above 90%,meanwhile,the SOUR,Zeta,EPS of ANG increased significantly,microbial activity and hydrophobic properties enhanced,ANG cultured form activated sludge had better performance.
