基于分光光度法测定乳化态餐饮废水含油量

摘  要:为了测量餐饮废水的含油量,利用乳化剂将餐饮废水配制成乳状液,测定其在特定吸收波长的吸光度,依据绘制出的标准曲线推算出相应的餐饮废水中含油量。实验表明,选取十二烷基苯磺酸钠为乳化剂,既能很好保证实验要求,也有很好的经济性;在搅拌速度为10 000 r/min的条件下,搅拌时间选取5 min便可得到稳定的乳化液;通过对实验数据方差和加标回收率的计算,发现实验数据波动较小,有较好的可靠性和重复性;将此方法和国家环境保护标准HJ 637-2012(水质石油类和动植物油类的测定红外分光光度法)进行对比,2种方法测定结果相近。此方法测得的数据准确、可靠,能够简单快速地得到餐饮废水中的含油量,并且不使用有机溶剂,消除了有机溶剂对环境和人体健康危害。In order to measure the oil content of restaurant wastewater,it was formulated into an emulsion by emulsifier,the absorbance was measured at a particular wavelength,and the corresponding oil content of restaurant wastewater was calculated based on a plotted standard curve. The experimental results show that choosing dodecyl benzene sulfonate as the emulsifier can ensure the experimental requirements and its economy. Under the stirring speed of 10 000 r / min,a stable emulsion can be obtained when stirring duration is 5 min. By calculating the variance of the experimental data and spiked recoveries,experimental data are turned out to be reliable and repeatable with its small fluctuation. Compared with the national environmental standard HJ 637-2012( water quality-determination of petroleum oils and animal and vegetable oils-infrared spectrophotometry),the results of the two methods are close. With accurate and reliable measurements of this method,the oil content of restaurant wastewater can be obtained quickly and easily. And without using any organic solvent,the method eliminates the hazards to the environment and human beings.
