摘　　要：电子翻译工具是信息时代的译者必不可缺的工具,熟练正确地使用这种工具能大大提高翻译质量和翻译速度。作为翻译学习者更应有意识地掌握该技能。然而随着电子工具在翻译学习者中日益广泛频繁地使用,出现了许多问题,包括对其产生依赖性,学生翻译的自主性和原创性以及翻译能力发展受到影响等等。这些问题目前没有得到应有的重,如果任其发展,其负面影响将大于电子翻译工具带来的好处。学生应该理性对待并学会正确有效地使用电子翻译工具,最大程度地避免其带来的各种负面影响。这样才能实现工具为我所用,而非成为工具的奴隶。Electronic translation tools have become indispensable for modern translators; correct and effective use of this kind of tool can greatly help them increase the quality and efficiency of their work. As translation learners,they should no doubt try to obtain this skill. However,with electronic translation tools being widely and frequently used among translation learners,a lot of unexpected problems emerge,such as developing heavy reliance on these tools,translation learners' creativeness and translation ability being negatively affected. At present,not much attention has been paid to these problems,and if this situation keeps developing,negative effects will surely exceed
