摘　　要：伴随科学技术的进步,世界各国交流密切,各类新兴事物应运而生。语言的碰撞与发展尤为明显,新兴的网络英语无疑是一大时代标志。网络英语吸收其它各领域的英语用语的特点,形成了不同于传统英语模式的英语新词。这些新词在构词、词义、句子结构等方面形成富有时代特色的新特征。通过本文,笔者就新兴网络英语的产生、发展及其原因、特点和影响做出分析,希望引起外语界对新兴网络英语的不断关注和进一步研究。With the progress of science and technology,communication of all over the world is close,all kinds of new things emerge as the times require. Collision and development of language is obvious,the new network English is definitely a sign of a big time. English absorbing other areas of network English,forming new English words are different from the traditional English mode. These new words are formed the new characteristic of the rich characteristics of the times in terms of word formation,word meaning,sentence structure. Through this paper,through the new network English generation,characteristics and influence the development and its reason,to analyze,hope foreign language community continues to focus on the new network English and further research.
