摘　　要：当今社会处于信息化科技化高度发展的时代,高校可以通过现代化的精密仪器对学生进行体质健康测试,以获得更加精准的测试数据,更好地把我学生的体质健康情况。文本开篇对我国当前高校中开展学生体质健康测试的现状进行了分析,指出了在测试过程中存在的一些问题。着重针对这些问题给出了相应有效的可操作性建议,归根到底还是为了增强学生的身体素质,促进学生的身心健康。In today's society in the information technology era,universities can make physical health test for students by modern precision instruments,in order to obtain test data more accurate,better to my students' physical health condition. The text begins with the analysis on the current situation of students' Physique Health Test in our country at present in colleges and universities,points out some problems existing in the process of testing. Mainly aiming at these problems,gives the corresponding effective operational recommendations in the final analysis,is to enhance the physical quality of the students,promote physical and mental health of students.
