摘　　要：准确把握新时期高校青年留学归国人员的思想特点,有针对性地做好政治引导工作,是高校统战工作需要研究的重要课题。本文分析了当前高校青年留学归国人员思想现状及存在的问题,提出了新时期做好高校青年留学归国人员政治引导工作的几点建议。Accurately grasp the ideological characteristics of college young returnees in the new period, targeted to do the political guidance well, is an important research topic of United Front Work in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the current situation of young college returnees and existing problems, put forward several suggestions of the political guidance of young returned college students in a new era.
