基于职业核心能力的新型农民培训工作初探——以扬州市职业大学农民培训工作为例

摘　　要：本文以扬州市职业大学农民培训工作为例,从新型农民内涵与要求出发,将职业核心能力的培养渗透在新型农民培训各个环节中,初步从参与培训的师资要求、培训目标制定、培训内容与方法、校企合作培养、质量保障与管理体系的建立等方面探讨了创新新型农民培训的新思路。In this paper, taking the farmer training of Yangzhou Polytechnic College as an example, from the connotation and requirements of farmers, cultivating core competence, the occupation infiltrated in all aspects of the training of new farmers, construction and other aspects of the preliminary from participation in training teacher requirements, training objectives, contents and methods of training, school enterprise cooperation training, quality assurance and management system to explore the new ways to innovate new farmers training.
