摘　　要：针对本校材料力学实验教学中存在的一些问题,研究和探索了创新人才培养的新模式。通过对实施开放式的实验教学方式与内容的研究,用开放式教学思想指导实验教学整个过程,实行多种形式、相互衔接的开放式实验教学,营造一个创新型人才的培养环境,由此探索创新人才培养的最佳模式。为创新人才培养,提供一个参考思路。Aiming at some problems of material mechanics experiment teaching of our school, study and explore the new mode of cultivation of innovative talents. Through the research of the implementation of open experimental teaching method and content, by the open teaching idea of experimental teaching of the whole process, carrying out the open experimental teaching between the various forms, create a culture environment, an innovative talents, thus to explore the best mode of innovative personnel training. Training innovative talents, provide a reference. For cultivating the students' ability of learning theory knowledge, practical engineering and applied mechanics knowledge has positive significance for solving real life problems and engineering.
